About DAMA genevA
MISSION
DAMA Switzerland Geneva advances data management as a recognized profession across French-speaking Switzerland.
We develop practitioners through proven DAMA® frameworks, professional DAMA® standards, and practical expertise—enabling organizations to transform data into strategic assets through skilled governance, ethical stewardship, and measurable business outcomes.
THE BEGINING
Founded in December 2025, DAMA Switzerland Geneva is an independently governed, not-for-profit organization and a proud chapter of DAMA International®. Led by President Juan Daniel Moreno, the founding committee also includes Emmanuel Lalande, Alexandrine Fayet, Dalila Nemmas, and Jerome Gransac.
We serve as a vital connection point—or “node”—within the global DAMA International® network. Far more than just a local group, our chapter acts as an essential extension of the international body. We are dedicated to promoting excellence in data management, facilitating the exchange of professional knowledge, and upholding our shared values, principles, and Code of Ethics.
